2002-2004 He graduated from IKTU named after H. Yassaui with a degree in computer science.

From 2000 to 2008 he worked as a social pedagogue at the evening high school in Zhanatas.

From 2008 to 2014 he worked as Deputy Director for Educational Affairs at Zhanatas Multidisciplinary College.
