According to the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of standards of public services in the field of technical and vocational education" and the resolution of the akimat of Zhambyl region "On approval of regulations of public services in the field of technical and vocational education" the following public services are provided:

1. Acceptance of documents for organizations of technical and vocational, post-secondary education;

2. Provision of dormitories for students of technical and vocational education;

3. Issuance of duplicates of documents on technical and vocational education;

4. Transfer and re-admission of students in educational institutions implementing educational programs of technical and vocational, post-secondary education;

5. Issuance of certificates to persons who have not completed technical and vocational, post-secondary education;

6. Acceptance of documents for their certification for assignment (confirmation) of qualification categories to persons equated to them by teachers of educational organizations implementing programs of preschool education and training, primary, basic secondary, general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education;

7. Documents for their certification for the issuance (confirmation) of qualification categories to persons equated to them by teachers of republican subordinate educational organizations implementing programs of preschool education and training, primary, basic secondary, general secondary, technical and vocational, post-secondary education reception.
