About approval of Standard rules of enrollment in the educational organizations realizing educational programs of technical and vocational education
Order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 18, 2018 № 578. Registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 7, 2018 № 17705.
According to subparagraph 11) Article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan from July 27, 2007 "About education" I ORDER:
1. To approve enclosed Standard rules of enrollment in the educational organizations realizing educational programs of technical and professional education.
2. To department of technical and vocational education of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) within ten calendar days from the date of the state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication of its copies in paper and electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages to the Republican state company on the right of economic management "Republican center of the legal information". sending of acts for inclusion in the Reference control bank;
3) within ten calendar days after the state registration of this order to direct its copies to periodicals for official publication;
4) after official publication of this order to place it on the Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
5) within ten working days after the state registration of this order to provide to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan information on accomplishment of the actions provided by subparagraphs 1), 2), 3) and 4) this order.
3. Control of execution of this order to assign to the vice-minister of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan E.A. To assign to Sukhanberdieva.
4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
